Marsha “Marcy” Cascio-Hale has a wide range of experience as an attorney. Marcy has worked as an assistant public defender and private attorney. She then worked as law clerk for the Illinois 5th District Appellate Court doing research and writing for the Court across the many different areas of the law that come before the Court. In 2022 Marcy was appointed to serve as Williamson County State’s Attorney. She joined the Southern Illinois Law Center, LLC as an of Counsel Attorney in August of 2023.
